Choas in the pool this evening. So many swimming lessons!

Conditioning - core 23:35 [1]

2x10 press-ups (hold for 15s); 10,15 hip abductors; 12,15 situps; 2x10 each side raises (can't come up with name for them) with 8lb barbell; 2x10 hanging leg lift; weight transfer exercises and 5,10 single leg squats each side; 2x10 each side single leg v-ups.
