This was not a good session for me.
It included a warm up (jogging and strides) and a tiny bit of stretching before doing two of my planned three 2 km intervals on the track at Woodroffe High School. I then waited around in the car to keep warm while waiting for the rest of the crew to finish and then did a cool down with Eric.

interval 2 8:47 - 2.0 km (4:11 and 4:36)
