Oxford city race warm up - missed my start due to looking at the wrong clock!

Orienteering 41:59 [4] 9.0 km (4:40 / km)

Oxford City Race Open :) really really fun :) a little scrappy in places and definitely not doing a very good job at looking ahead but once on a route able to run it hard :) lost maybe 90s, silly mistakes like dead ends and going in too early but otherwise not too bad :) great course going from great long running legs into really tricky areas, made it into a graduation photo too i think haha!

Orienteering 1:15:00 [3] 13.0 km (5:46 / km)

Sprintervals after in a good big group, really fun again, great loops, definitely tiring by the end! Good day out :)

Similar to yesterday with an extra loop up the hill, legs definitely tired by the end!
