No West Point so decided I might actually do a bit of running. Warmed up 3/4 mile around the apartments, bathroom stop then a slow Lee Annandale 50 - 6 mile route. Warmup did not do the job, needed a restroom after 3 miles and walked a lot of the last 2 miles. At least it was a nice warm day. (7:08), 9:25, 9:23, 10:14, 10:28, 13:45, 13:34

Thanks to my program of bad eating habits and skipped meals my weight was down to 175 before running.
