At Capitol Squares practice. 1-3pm. We have a demo dance at the WASCA festival on friday 3/18.

At Merry Notes 7:30-10pm. Bev was out of town so sat out more of the rounds than usual.

Tried to get a little higher intensity work before the race on sunday. Did intervals on the bike while recording music from 45s to my computer so I can burn it to CD. Bike time was while the music was playing, rest time was setting up to record. 3:02 (3:52), 3:26 (2:04), 3:10 (3:49), 2:39 (2:38), 2:23 (3:06), 3:24 (2:37), 3:32 (3:00), 3:13. Rest was a bit more than intended, took longer to set up each record than I expected. Total workout time was 51:13, only the 27:46 on the bike is recorded.

11:30am First run of the day :) Just wanted to say that, it will most likely be my only run of the day. Had hoped that my laziness last night would shame me into running this morning but it did not. Had to visit my other office this morning so stopped back at home to run before going in to normal work. Wanted to run in the daylight while it was warmer. Tired of running in the cold at night. Still only 32F but sunny with snow showers. Splits: 8:53, 7:58, 7:44, 7:21. Still have a cough and some breathing trouble. Seems to be a problem whenever I pick up the pace to 7:40 or better.

Had great plans to run after getting home. Amazing how quickly those plans changed. I started feeling cold and did not want to go outside so made dinner, ate and went to bed instead.

Dancing cancelled yet again due to snow even though the snow had stopped hours earlier and the roads looked clear. Cold and very windy and probably icy so I stayed in and biked while watching new show Blind Justice.

I am going to start using my "Exercise trail" activity for things like this. I think I was actually on an exercise trail once right after I started using Attackpoint and have not been on one since. Probably is some way to edit it which I will do eventually.

Guess I will have to get back to running again. Over 70F today and still warm enough for shorts when I ran at 11pm. Supposed to be wet and snowy again tomorrow.
Blister under the toenail from saturday might become a problem if I ran any harder. This was just a jog to get outside.

Thought I was finally better, but illness just moved back from the stomach to my head. Had planned to go to QOC meet at Westmoreland but spent the day in bed instead.
