SVO: Susquehanna Stumble, Kings Gap PA. Went out slow and got slower. Worried about cramps for 2nd half particularly in the bushy stuff so ran a lot of extra distance to take the trails around on two long legs. Only one big orienteering mistake when I stopped for a PowerGel at 15 then got careless trying to catch up with my pack. Ran right by 16 and ended up losing 9 minutes. Might have run better if I had done any training since US Champs.
