Square dancing 45:00 [1]

Hexagon Practice 7-8pm, DBD 8-10

orienteering (blue) 1:57:53 [3] 8.9 km (13:15 / km)

QOC: Combat Village. Blue course. 80s and humid. Had a lot of trouble with the pollen (or something) on the course, coughing and eyes felt like sand in them. I am not usually bothered by pollen. Lost 10 min each at 5 and 6 and then lost my confidence. I have a tough time relocating after a small error at Combat Village.

orienteering 1:48:00 [1] 7.2 km (15:00 / km)

Hung around to help pick up controls. Not needed for that but back into the woods to look for people not yet back. (27min) Then ended up picking up some controls. (41min) Then more time looking for someone else. (40) At this point we were assuming he must be injured or hopelesly lost. He had been seen at 4pm just 2 controls from the end on orange. 7pm now. I was looking in all the marshes, rocks and deadfall; wherever someone could have gotten hurt. Came in when it started getting dark. Eventually he was located, had crossed over the road on the edge of the map and kept on going.
I might measure someday. Just put 15min/km for now.
