DVOA Brown course at White Clay Creek-Carpenter, 3.1 km, 115m climb, 1:10000 map. Received an 11x17" map and case and used about 1/6th of it. ;-)
Temp was about 36 and it was quite breezy on the hilltop where we parked/started, but not too bad in the woods.
Forgot to start my watch at the start, which I've done several times now using SIAC Air+ (so I adjusted my total time to match my splits printout). No issues with any of the controls, though I checked out an adjacent reentrant going to #6. This was a course of surviving the prickers and greenbriar without losing too much blood, and I succeeded.
I likely did not take the best route to #3 (trails and woods vs going out to the road and attacking from there), so probably lost a few minutes on that leg.
3rd on the course when we left, behind two young people.
Rest/recovery/keep warm day. I did restock the kitchen and got a few steps that way, but I'm not liking *this* November weather compared to the first week or so. But I can't complain...it's not below freezing at the moment. ;-)
