Whitehall Parkway trails, including most of the ones I walked in October of last year (but don't have a track for). Temp was upper 50s and windy (at the top of the open hill; not too bad elsewhere).
Got a bunch of small sticky seeds on my pants (and shoelaces) and took the time to remove them before we left.

At Jordan Parkway on a perfect day, low 70s.
One fall involving a whacked left shin (I'll put ice on it when I get home), and one tricky hill with a forced stop when my chain came off (as I downshifted) and I had to get it back on. Walked my bike over the bigger log obstacles but rode over the smaller ones (5" or less high).
AOWN: Saw one decapitated rabbit in the trail (ewww!), with the head about a foot or so away. Probably prey for something that ate the heart out of it, maybe...any other explanations for the detached head (photo available on request, but it was pretty gross).
Other than that, no other riders, just a few disc golfers, and some folks mowing grass.
Focused on breathing, stress reduction, and bilateral movements. With a small class we used the available wall space for shoulder stands and other semi-constricted positions.

Stroll with Glen to check out progress on the town park just down the road from us (adjoining some of our neighbors, but shouldn't affect us much).

Near Blue Mountain Ski Area while Glen ran the Blue Burn 5 Miler (more or less 5mi, anyway).
Saw a Covered Bridge Rd nearby so walked to the covered bridge (about a mile) and back, then up Blue Mtn Rd about 2/3rd of the way to the top of the ridge (and back to parking). Near 70 and sunny (in the open areas).
