Weights for some upper body work (though no biceps). Upped weight from 8/4# to 9/5#. Heavier weights were only used for supine chest presses, and overhead triceps which I was doing instead of reverse planks.

5-5-5 program. Knee didn't like the step so I moved it aside. Still doesn't like any semblance of twisting...

Hamstrings tight, I think from yesterday's yard work.
