Note

A bi more sleep last night. Prepping the house (baby-proofing as well as cleanup) for a visit this weekend.

Got to sleep late last night; woke early this morning and couldn't get back to sleep so I was up before 7. (Not that I got anything done....)

Class included work with rings, so lunges were tossed in fairly early. Didn't fry my left hamstring as it usually does though.

Note

Beach walking, maybe half a mile in sand, half a mile on boardwalk (or a quarter mile each way; I can't remember). Waded on the beach walk, and that's likely as far as I get into an ocean this year...sigh.

Had pork osso buco for the first time at dinner...very good.

(Edited this entry...actual date was Tuesday; Wednesday was spent driving back home.)
