Aborted attempt at elliptical with a nuisance pain in my right ankle below the bone (arthritis?). 3:30, 0.17 distance units.
Did leg presses (at 95 and 90#), adductors, and pulldowns, plus a bit more stretching.
I enjoyed life better when I could exercise without having to take painkillers first. This is depressing.
Maybe I *should* take up water running instead (Glen and I were talking about using the Y's pool for cross training, since we can). Ugh. Does one need a flotation device for that?
