5-5-5 (x 2) again. One class member brought Christmas cookies, and I brought fudge. If you need an easy recipe, the microwave fudge recipe I use doesn't use marshmallows and is well-received....

Shoveling (strength) 14:00 [2]

Because no one else had shoveled out the mailboxes. Mail had been delivered because our carrier's pickup could get close enough, I guess, but I don't like stepping into the snow bank to get my mail.

Approx 2/3 mi walk then 1/3 mi jog, x 3, followed by 1/4 mile walking cool down.

Adductors and pulldowns and a bit of stretching after.

Missed Pilates @ 11 (if they had it) because Glen was still clearing the driveway.

Pulldowns (only 7) and leg presses. No adductors, as we covered that in Pilates.
