Weight is going nowhere.

On a separate note, I started taking pseudoephedrine yesterday (after days of no progress with phenylephrine or antihistamine) and sense some pressure differences (clicking, some popping) in my stuffed-up ear--progress??

Started with a jog, 1.25mi; then walked 1.75mi. Jogged a bit more, 0.5mi, then cooled down walking, 0.25mi. Wanted to jog the whole thing but certain muscles weren't always happy and I don't need to break anything.

Big class again, as folks had the day off from work. Continuous motion for 29 minutes ("Eve's workout").

Decided to obtain some pseudoephedrine to see if it does anything to relieve my ear problem. Not much noticeable change so far.

To the PO to mail a birthday card. Cold wind on the way back cut through my scarf.

Day 5 of an annoying plugged ear. Faulty eustachian tube, a problem I've had before. Don't remember if I had to resort to antibiotics the other times, but so far decongestants aren't having any effect.

3-4" of snow; exercise class canceled, so will take a rest day. Will shovel some, and maybe do some other weight/balance exercises.
