Pilates class 55:00 [1]

Using rings, so...lunges--yeouch! Right calf needed much extra stretching. Hips tight from yesterday's class so I skipped any running or elliptical after.

Hadn't done this in a little while so had to remind myself of form.
Also, 12@62.5lb pulldowns (no adductors)

And a mile on the track, inside ("walking") lane with some deviations to the middle one to bypass other walkers. Thought I'd do the second half mile a bit faster but was 5 seconds slower.
