Walked to one of the closer dirt roads around here then ran (in the shade, for the most part). My knees really do not like me running on pavement, and the road shoulders aren't always wide enough to use (and then there's poison ivy to avoid).
Did a repeat of a hill climb before heading back (walking again).
I could log this as two separate efforts, but the track wouldn't correspond to the log entry. Though who really cares?
