Definetely not my week, this week :(
Better than yesterday, but still noticeable sick to the point were even light household chores seemed like hard work. So had more or less resigned myself to skip the race tomorrow, but still was thinking about setting my alarm clock just in case I'll suddenly feel good again tomorrow morning...
Dragged myself outside in the garden to enjoy the sun and do a little bit of garden work. Managed to stumble upon something lying there and badly turning my ankle - bad enough that I'm still not sure if I'll make the 500m walk to the supermarket later or decide to live with pizza delivery for the rest of the weekend :((
Well, at least that finally decided that there obviously is no chance to compete tomorrow...

Slept 12h, still feeling like shit. Worked half a day, spend the other half on the couch, am even to tired to cook anything apart from ready-made-asia soup. Doesn't look very good for sunday... :(

Now I know why I was tired and exhausted over the last few days. Unfortunately it wasn't only the working hours, but some infection waiting to come out. Had to get up early today, which meant not enough sleep and there is the next cold :(
Damn, shitty timing, want to race on sunday...

Still tired and absolutely not motivated to do any training. Sitting in the sun reading my book (yeah, spring :) ) won.

Feeling superexhausted and dead, so skipped training in the evening and only went out for dinner with the others.
Don't know why I'm so exhausted, the long working hours?
