Had planned on spin class, but knees were sore from the weighted squats I did yesterday, so I switched to swimming instead. But, it was soon apparent that my arms pretty tired as well, so I jumped into the end of one swim class and then did all of the next one, which was the shallow water class. It was just the right amount of effort for today.
