Trainer is out of town again this week, and granddaughter and a friend are staying a few days, so self motivation was key. I got myself over the Monday, back to work after spring break blahs, and did this workout.
Hope to swim tomorrow, something on Wednesday is not likely, spin on Thursday, if I can dump the girls for a couple of hours. Anyway, happy that I did this. Not happy for having a 2+ hour nap after, but, it was that kind of rainy afternoon.
