Swimming 1:00:00 [1]
weight:185lbs

A leisurely breakfast with aunt Nora, and then off to Baltimore to drop her off. Then to the pool. Low battery warning on shuffle about 5 minutes in, and then it lasted another 35, so last 20 was just me and my loud breathing to listen to.

Swimming 1:00:00 [1]
weight:181lbs

Feeling a bit glum since Sunday after another encounter with the qoc dick, as well as dealing with my sister, and the rainy days perhaps as well. So, instead of a workout the last two days, I went home for lunch and ate lots of junk. Was headed down that road again today, when my mother's voice came in my head...buck up she said, and so I did, at least long enough to go swim. Swam pretty quickly at times, hoping to get it done before I had to share a lane. This was sort of silly since I was swimming an hour no matter how many laps I ended up doing. Did share for about 5 minutes. I get to add to my exercise total for the month, and now I am squeaky clean as well. Also, I feel slightly less gloomy.
