Orienteering (Greenbelt) 2:11:15 [3] 5.5 mi (23:52 / mi)

Did the Blue course today. PF a bit sore this am.

Saturday Jan 26, 2002 #

Running (Lake Accotink) 1:27:00 [3] 8.75 mi (9:57 / mi)

2 loops, one in each direction. One way is more uphill, but my times were about the same - 39+ for each loop - fastest ever!! Added two spurs to get over 8 miles.

Wednesday Jan 23, 2002 #

Running/Walking (Track) 1:05:00 [3] 6.25 mi (10:24 / mi)

Wakefield HS track - ran 4 min and walked 1min. Each mile got faster - probably because I knew I needed to hustle to beat the gate closing at dark. Felt good. Knee a bit sore later in evening. PF pain in foot the same as it has been the last couple of months.

Walking (Treadmill) 51:00 [2] 3.0 mi (17:00 / mi)

Running (Treadmill) 24:00 [3] 2.0 mi (12:00 / mi)

Run the middle 2 miles of a 5 mile workout. Treadmill says I am going at 12 min/mile pace. It sure seems faster to me.
