Long run out-and-back from Tatnuck Square w/ R. Temps in the 60s; my hands were cold for a bit. We managed to steer clear of the Worcester Half Marathon, a local road race with which my running club is NOT affiliated.

A delightful time at Nobscot on the Red course. Pretty good orienteering, no major stuff-ups, generally in pretty good contact. The Northwest portion of the map near control 7 is in sore need of filling in more details. I'm also very happy that I managed to stay in contact and spiked a control or 2 in an area where I messed up the last time I was on this map.

Walked to/from the Albanian Festival, but it was already shutting down. No baklava in sight. :-(

7M on the ARRT. First time over the completed trail bridge over the Mill Brook adjacent to Rt 62. Did this run 10 minutest faster than the last time I could find in my workout logs.

Cool, underdressed in shorts and a T.
