First 3omin was all down hill skiing, but was cross-country. We had to take a car thingy to 4000 feet up Mt. Washington.. Since the weather has been so warm, the trail was very bumpy. The acid in the legs was lovely.

Went for a ski before dinner which was the hr. Skate/Cross-Country.

Did a bit of pool running.

Took last week easy cause my knee was bad and I wanted it in good shape for this week so I can get good cross training in. New Hampshire for reading week!
