Off the cuff 3k race indoor track. A tactically good race and based on the HR data well paced, maybe a little bit slow all though my legs are decently beat up from the last week.

Messy. Stopped and tried to help a guy who's car had slid down a hill and lodged itself into the snow bank. The snow was holding the front wheels off of the ground so anything short of another vehicle with a chain or a decent amount of shoveling wasn't going to save him. Poor guy didn't have any gloves either. He's lucky he didn't break through the snow bank and slide into the canal.

Still tender from the snowboarding but ice helped a lot.
