Running Jeff's training course on the Barens. Ran pretty hard, got caught a couple of times. Overall pretty pleased with how it went. Especially enjoyed the first half.

Longish Middle in the March Highlands by Toni. No trails. Ran with Phil for the first couple of controls then went off on my own. Felt pretty good.
