I didn't think the numbers from the GPS track could be right but everything seems to be in order... Way further then I was expecting. I guess the extra run from the start plus the tear down really racked up the miles. Now I don't have to worry about feeling tired!
1km's were all over: 3:40 3:50 3:30
The 300 and 400's were closer to real intervals.
