Pushed into some next level running with Phillip. Been awhile since I've attempted intervals of that intensity. Dug deep and pleased with how the legs held up. Need to take core more seriously. Sustaining that kind of intensity exposes your weaknesses.

Kind of sadistic but I am looking forward to the next round...
