Fun and reasonably challenging running through the trail network. Excited to see a map of the area taking shape.

Felt a little slow on the uptake but kept the legs moving.

Tricky course that I should have run cleaner. Not unexpected. Once again reinforces my theories about preparation.

On the other hand I felt killer fast. Just have to harness it a bit better.

(Update) Looking at the splits I accumulated almost 6 minutes of error. Unacceptable. A good wake up call before the Ontario's.
