Fairly fast jaunt around the "5km" loop. Took a stretching break just before the final uphill section. Which interestingly kept my HR entirely below zone 3 despite the pace.

Excited for the warm weather!

Really fun training by Francis. Lot's of good orienteering. Brought my O-shoes but they need to be stretched or I need to wear smaller socks or something... ended up wearing my regular shoes which slowed me down a bit. Loved the SI. Was it just me or did the boxes seem slower then normal?
