Was supposed to run 60km this week. In the end ran the same as last but will be shooting for 70km over the next 7 days. Last week was easy at the beginning which meant I had to pile the miles on at the end and so was already tired at the beginning of this week. I've given myself more of a chance this time.

Great Line-O by Robbie in fantastic conditions. Using my integrators made snow and ice a minor obstacle. The snow actually made it easier to run over the rocky terrain. It was also really nice to have so many folks attend the training! Gave the training a real club event energy.
