Clocked myself at the Carleton track. Didn't realize I was on the last lap until the final 125m. I'm sure I could have beat 19:00 otherwise. Shaved a full 20 seconds off from the 5k last March. Plus I had nobody to run against this time. I'm certain I could take off another 10-20 seconds with someone to fire me up.
