Note

Muscles were unexpectedly sore after Saturdays Hill climbing. Give it a few more days and I'll be back to full strength ready for more! Really hoping to improve my endurance on the hillside. It would be interesting to see how many of my mistakes were made after a hard climb. Too many in my books.
