15 100m strides in 10 minutes followed by 10 ~440m intervals with short but intense bursts of map reading. All in all a fun training. Nice to have Robbie to chase after again.

Note

Still a bit stiff from a slightly more intensive last week and the Long run on Sunday. Especially in the left leg. Sleeping at the right time of day would significantly increase recovery times. Have sicked my little brother on myself to enforce a strict no sleeping-in policy.

Great long run with the boys. Kept a good steady pace the whole time. Legs held up better then last week as well. Went through some interesting spots I'd never been before.
