orienteering race 33:17 [5] 2.87 mi (11:36 / mi) +226m 9:19 / mi
Solid run today on the short Red course at Hemlock Overlook, a few bobbles here and there, generally in the circle. Gorgeous woods. Got smoked by an F21 from Bulgaria (by way of Norway, now here near D.C. I understand) and the venerable Joe Brautigam on red, but first place in 35+.

Didn't have much oomph in my step tonight after recently feeling a bit sick and then struggling no the first few controls. Enjoyed the open woods and good map though. I'll try harder tomorrow.
