Running warm up/down 40:00 [3]

Orienteering 16:14 [5] 3.2 km (5:04 / km)

sprint
started off with some really good pace and map reading.
got the good route choice to number 7 by reading ahead but not enough so slowed down way too much for my liking in the controls after that.
lost about 30-40sec on 11 & 12 combined so not real happy about those.
also missed the route choice through 'lovers lane'.. but on second thought maybe thats a good thing hearing morten's stories :/

moderately happy with my run - did some bits really well but others really poorly

Orienteering 37:00 [5] 5.9 km (6:16 / km) +160m 5:31 / km

middle
again started off really well but started to slack off on the fine nav & reading ahead when i got tired.
lost 1.5mins at 11 and a bit more at 20.

was struggling massively to keep up with max through the last few - only to find out he was running with one shoe haha

did some loosening up drills etc..
was running along a tiny little fox for about 100m which scared the crap out of me when i suddenly saw it haha

Running warm up/down 15:00 [3]

Cold and rainy :(

Orienteering 1:37:00 [3] 14.5 km (6:41 / km) +625m 5:30 / km

There were three vital skills for this race
1) general navigation techniques
2) endurance
3) reflexes - for dodging the endless array of dominate-your-face-because-its-bigger-than-it spiders

Pretty good race all up. Was feeling pretty string at the end as well.
No big errors. Major time losses were from wobbling along the leg
