training was a mistake yesterday. I think I got a bit ahead of myself cause medication imroved how I felt. Relapsed pretty hard. Very swollen glands and whole body aches and chills. Smarten up Dave!!!!

Double Pole and No pole skate sprints. Did not have a lot of time to skate tonight and am coming down with a cold.

Warm day. Ran the golf course loop plus extra. Worked the steep uphills and did them twice. Felt pretty good but not a ton of speed today.
