Did it with Aleck. By control #3 he was complaining of having an upset stomach. He took it very easy - slow jogs or walking and four long breaks (3 minutes (end of the scramble) , 8 minutes (transition to map) , 5 minutes (between 14 and 15) , 5 minutes (control 18) ) The slow pace allowed him to keep going despite feeling pretty bad.
Around control 20 he finally started feeling better and we were able to push to the finish.
I figure we where about 1.5 hours slower than we could have been.
