went out with Jerry - my cousin - who is finishing up with the maries.
Took him on one of my usual loops. Nice pace on roads. Slowed down in woods to admire the view/scenic lookouts and to took it easy on rocky sections.

felt slugish and stomach was aching right from the start. Not the best way to feel because I was going to be on some big hills.
Finished feeling a bit better but felt worse as the day went on. Think I caught Elina's 24 hour but.
