5:30 am start. temp about 50. cool and a bit humid. Not bad weather in the hills of southern Harriman. Kept a steady pace on all the uphills. I am trying to keep a running pace uphill instead of walking quickly. Not sure how much faster this is but my HR is cretainly higher. I nee a new batt. for my HRM.
The trick now is to figure out how to keep my HR up on the downhills without killing myself.
