250, 250, 500, 500, 300. Felt good once I'd got into it. Pushing harder off the wall and breathing 3 strokes in now.

Had left my googles at home so did a short session, nearly all only back. Learnt that I can kick full lengths (slowly) on my back, that streamline position is really hard work on my back (so need to work on shoulder flexibility), and that can do 25m backstroke in 45 sec or so.
