With Rhonda and Tullio. I was dragging today. Sore L hamstring and after a while a sorer R hip flexor slowed me right down. So they ended up a few minutes ahead. I don't have the status that would result in them waiting for me.

With Rhonda down the trail through the Cannon property. This trail was built by an eagle scout several years back, and we used to use it from time to time, but I guess it has been two or three years since I've been on it and it needs maintenance. Lots of things across it, and at one point we lost it and couldn't find it again for quite a while. But a good brisk walk, and different from where we have been going. Pretty slippery in spots as there is a very substantial downhill involved.
