Sprint B. Plan was to take a little off and not stress the hamstring too much. Went very nicely.

Easy run at McLean late in the day. Hamstring pretty painful, although it loosened up the last half mile or so. I've been laying off running to let the hamstring, hip and low back calm down some, but I'm not prepared to lay off enough to miss all the o meets in the next several weeks.

most of Rhonda's morning class.

Note

AOWN: Walking the dogs yesterday, Rhonda got bopped on the head by a falling Quercus Rubra fruit. Reasonably painful, as they drop from a substantial height, and there certainly are plenty of them this year. Helmets?

Note

AOWN 2: Hazel went nuts this evening and I opened the door to see what was going on. Some really eerie screeching. So got a flashlight to look around and picked up eyes in the side field. Something slinking along pretty quickly along the edge, eyes in the light all the time. My guess is bobcat. Would have been a good time to have a Tesla X.

Green M course at Sargent Camp. Not my best work. Problems with several controls, most notably a really circuitous route to #3 and complete inability to find #11. I did find the feature 11 was supposed to be at fairly quickly, but never did figure out where the control was actually hung.
