Hike 2:00:00 [1]

With Rhonda, Hazel, Mary Ellen and Harold. Checked out the new clear cuts, then past the beaver pond and down the back way through Cherry Brook Farm, inspecting Rick and Amy Lohrer's barns, down the road to the firehouse and back up via Shagbark Lane and into the woods again. A little faster on the way back because people had commitments.

Orienteering race 1:06:19 [4] 6.0 km (11:03 / km)

Sessions red course. Much faster than I would have been if I actually had to read the map. Still made two bobbles ~2 minutes + total. Pretty tired in the second half.

Rhonda's evening class. Hadn't done it in a while, and feeling pretty sore from yesterday made it even harder. Felt like it was doing me a lot of good. Quite a collection of lovely young yoga acolytes and one heavy-footed clummox, your faithful correspondent.
