Went to the Irv Black Invite today and I am going back tomorrow to do the 800 and 4x400.

Today I just did the 4x800 and was the anchor. We had a bad first leg, but we started to make it up the next two legs. Then I passed one more kid in the last 100. So we ended up being 10th out of about 26 teams. And I got my PR.

Originally my coach wanted me to do 8 400s on a 1:10 with 5 minutes of rest, but since I am racing again friday and saturday at the Irv Black Invite we lessened it a bit. So instead I tried to do 6 400s on the 1:20. My splits were
