Biking 25:00 [3] 6.0 mi (4:10 / mi)

Strength 40:00 [3]

Note

Today at practice I sat around while everyone warmed up. Then I did static stretching while every one else did dynamic stretching. Then we did 25 pushups and core(leg lifts and planks).

Then I went to the weight room by my self and rode the stationary bike while everyone ran around the hallways, since it was too cold to run outside. After about 25 minutes they came down stairs to work out so I lifted weights with them. When the sprinters took over the weight room the distance went up stairs and stretched.

Then I went to physical therapy.

Biking 8:00 [3]

Today I rode the bike, did calf raises on a slanted machine, and did that balance machine again. But instead of holding the bars next too me he had me do it with no hands.

Then he stretched my leg and had me ice it.

My achilles is getting better but I still cant run.

Swimming 1:00:00 [3]

All This exercise help me clear my mind from my finals today and get me ready for tomorrows finals.

Physical Therapy

Today I rode the bike, did leg extensions, calf raises on a slanted machine, and this weird machine that worked you ankle muscles. you would like turn you ankle and a dot on the screen would move with it. Then you had to reach two lines. It was easy going forwards and backwards, but going right was kinda hard and going left was really hard, I couldn't even make it half way.

Then he gave me this exercise where you lay down and lift you leg, one at a time, and put it down with your ankle turned in.

Then he stretched my leg and had me Ice it.
