Got back from work around 3:45 then had a meeting at 4:30. After that meeting, I was really tired so I decided to take a nap before I ran. Next thing I knew, it was 9:45. I didn't want to run because I wanted to keep sleeping, but I knew I had to, so i did. i also was only going to run 30 minutes, but I decided I needed to do more. I was planning on running an hour, but I'm still feeling a bit sick, so I just want to go to sleep now.



So yes, I'm making excuses.
