Blehh race. Lost almost 9 minutes on 2 which is a rough way to start out a race. Took me a while to get back into the map, but once I did, I was running great.
Training in the neighborhood. It was essentially a circle with two cross trails. We then ran a ski-o course with left-right decisions. Before we went out, dad determined which controls went where. It was a lot of fun!
Run with Ethan. We moved along pretty well. We stopped for a rest in the middle for 2:30 so we both could stretch. We ran a pretty good pace back too. 15:30 and all uphill...
