I ran through the pain. It wasn't that bad except for jumping off cliffs. Lots of fun. I was psyched that i could run and i did pretty darn good!

I ran to number 1...didn't run again... Sat down on a spur going to number 2 because my knee hurt so bad.

just strength. Didn't want to bother the knee and what I did didn't hurt. Slot of squats, push ups, curl ups, and planks!

5K course At Catamount Outdoor Family Center. Ran with my still injured knee. Hurt a good amount. Did alot of stretching on it when I got home. Still not the pace I was hoping far, and it felt like a good run too.
