Run around Ashtonfield, a bit of a hilly loop again so i pretty was happy with how i went actually, i got a nice surprise when i saw the pace on my watch when i thought i was going too slow. In my warm down yesterday i noticed a bit of a pain in the middle of the soles of my feet and i thought it was just from tight calves from the hills but i noticed it a little bit again today... Have a feeling it's because of my orthotics, they're getting a little worse for wear

Running hills 48:00 [3]

12 min warm up

2x 4*60sec hill intervals, jog down recovery and 5 minutes between each set. It was really hard, plus i had the wind against me on the uphills which was pretty rough. Happy with how i went though, i got to within like 5 metres of the same spot each time i think, and i really worked on using my arms properly :)

12 min warm down. So many people out walking dogs, it was so nice!

The instructor tonight was very... enthusiastic! Had a couple of giggles to myself not going to lie, the singing and screaming "lets go bitches" just got me. I had intended to go to group training but i had a fair bit of work and usually just have to wait around uni until we start so i came home today. Lots of speed stuff in the class tonight, which was ridiculously frustrating for slow moving people like myself, but good i suppose.
