Orienteering 1:27:33 [3]

Super cold on the way to the start and it definitely didn't take 30 minutes to get there like it advised, so i was happy to be able to move by the time i started! Unfortunately i lost like 4 minutes on the way to one, i just miss took a cliff for a clump of rocks and went too far. From then on i faced alot of the 'i know where i have to go i just have to get there' situation because it was pretty steep. Really enjoyed the short legs in the pagoda type rocks!

Orienteering 50:31 [3]

Preeeeetty awful run. I mean i really liked the area and all, but i think i lost around 10 minutes :| Controls 4, 6 and 8 were the worst, and all were pretty much just compass legs, so i've definitely got something to work on!
Also the head wasnt doing too great, it was fine running at the end of the week but i think that extra bit of concentrating while i was running wasn't good, i felt that kind of car sick feeling and felt like i really struggled to run straight!

Running 37:00 [3]

A nice run out at walka. Plan was for 15 mins, then 4 x 30 second surges, and then another 15 mins, but my watch was still getting a signal when i started and i felt guilty doing the surges before the time got to 15 so it was a bit longer at the start. And then afterwards i just continued around the lake back to the car because there were a ridiculous amount of bugs and i didn't really want to be near them any longer. It got pretty dark amongst the tree's so i was weary with my feet, but the surges went well i think. I kinda worry about my running style, i know a week shouldn't really make running feel that foreign but i just felt so unco! :|

cycling (Cycle class at the gym) 45:00 [3]

Pretty tough class which was good! Quads were burningggggggg.
And i only felt a little off balance a couple of times when we were standing, and with the room as hot as it was i was happy with that.

Running 23:00 [3]

So, the past week has been pretty bad. I had a virus originally and from that i got vertigo, so for the past ... 5 or so days my head has been almost non stop spinning, hence the no training unfortunately. Today i was back to school again and mum came out for a run/walk with me to make sure i didnt fall over or anything, plus i needed her to tell me when i could cross the roads because i struggled to turn my head and check myself :| It was a shame i had to stop and walk, but it was only twice and considering a few days ago i couldnt walk around the house without feeling like i needed to vomit so i guess its an improvement. Hopefully tomorrow ill be even better again, it's been so uncool!
